We do not impose strict quantitative limits, but for example: - Tracking your own sailboat with a five-minute update interval is considered reasonable. - Transferring several megabytes per minute to monitor a fleet of dozens of boats is not considered reasonable.

This also applies to the traffic generated by viewing pages or tracks, which must remain consistent with what can reasonably be considered personal use.

Commercial Use

Commercial use of Trakkit.org is not allowed.

However, personal use within media or social networks — even if those platforms are monetized — is tolerated, provided it remains within the limits of reasonable use as defined above.

Virtual tracking is strictly prohibited.
